How To Download an Audio file from The Sales Refinery
To the right are two images. The first is an approximate image of how the link will look that you need to click on (Look for a link that says: Right click to download).
The second image shows the menu you will need to see in order to download the audio file.
To get the menu to appear so that you can download your audio file, you will need to either right click (Windows) or control-Click (Mac)
on the image with the button that says, "Click Here To Download" (See first image to the right).
Once clicked, you should see as part of the menu one of the following:

in Firefox the menu item is called: Save Link As...

in Windows Explorer the menu item is called: Save Target As..

in Safari the menu item is called Download Linked File... or Download Linked File As....
Select the appropriate option and it should bring up a standard save
dialog box. Navigate to the folder you want to save the file in and click Save.

Note: All audio downloads
on Tammy Stanley The Sales Refinery have code that attempts to play the audio file using Apple Quicktime but if
Quicktime is not available, it should then attempt to play the file with Windows media player.
All audios files on The Sales Refinery are .mp3 files and can be downloaded by simply saving the file.
